God called Philip and Andi Coleman from Kentucky to Anchorage to help struggling churches. The couple planted True North Church in Anchorage. Later, they learned about an older church in town that was dying. The two churches joined forces to serve and reach their community together.
Alaska can be a tough place to start or restart churches. The new church began a residency program to help new church planters understand the unique culture and extreme climate of Alaska.
The Cooperative Program (CP) takes the Gospel to the nations and the neighborhoods. Your financial support through the Cooperative Program helps new churches flourish in an often inhospitable climate.
Pray that God will bring new missionaries to Alaska to join the Colemans in the effort of reaching Anchorage with the good news about Jesus.
