We have an opportunity to support the Hmong Baptist Thailand Association in their Christmas outreach to Ban Huay Khu and surrounding villages. The cost of the event is $1750.00 USD.
Your gift to this ministry will help pay for Christmas presents, food, and other expenses related to the event, which will take place on January 5, 2025 in conjunction with the village’s New Year celebration. Please send your gifts by Christmas day, December 25, so we can distribute the funds to the local team in a timely manner.

Join us for our 4th annual SEA mission trip to Thailand! We will continue working with local partners to share the love of Christ in their community. Our primary focus is reaching young students through an English teaching ministry. The mission team meets multiple times in person and online before the trip for training and team building.
Trip Cost
- Registration Fee: $400 (covers local travel & lodging)
- Airfare: $1500-$2500
Trip participants are responsible for purchasing their own plane tickets. All flights must arrive in Chiang Mai (CNX) by Monday, July 14.
Tip: The earlier you purchase your plane ticket, the lower the cost.
Who Can Go
- All team members must be baptized and have previous mission trip or leadership experience in the church.
- Team members over 18 years of age must pass a background check.
- Team members under 18 may go on the trip, but they must be accompanied by a parent or chaperone.

Destination
Thailand is a country in Southeast Asia with an area the size of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. It has a total population of about 70 million people, which is five times that of these three states. We will be serving primarily in the mountainous region of northern Thailand.
According to the CIA Factbook, Thailand is 92.5% Buddhist and only 1.2% Christian. Indeed, the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. “Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest” (Luke 10:2).
SEA Mission Trip Scholarship
The vision of MWBC is to inspire a passion among the MWBC family to glorify Christ by reaching the next generation, mobilizing volunteers, and developing leaders to start and strengthen churches.
In order to encourage the next generation of leaders to serve on the mission field, we are offering a limited number of scholarships to students.
